Approach

The approach, in plain steps.

No jargon. Here is what happens from the first call to the day the site goes live, and what we need from you at each point.

01

Listen

You

Join a 30-minute call. Tell us what the business does and who comes in. A list of services, hours and rough prices is plenty.

Us

Write down what the site has to do first: the main action, the questions people ask, and the things they can never find.

02

Draft

You

Read the words and the layout. Mark what sounds wrong, and what sounds like you.

Us

Write the first screen and the main pages, then sketch how they stack on a phone. Colour comes last, and only once the layout works.

03

Build

You

Send photos you are happy to share, and say what is not ready yet. We will tell you what to shoot on your phone if you need more.

Us

Build the pages by hand, test them on a real phone and a slow connection, and share a staging link while it comes together.

04

Launch

You

Approve the final pages and point your domain when we ask.

Us

Put the site live, hand over the logins in your name, and leave a short guide for the things you will change most.

Questions

Before you ask us.

How long does it take?

Most small-business sites take three to five weeks from the first call. The usual delay is content, such as photos and a final list of services, so sending that early speeds everything up.

What do I need to have ready?

Your services, hours, address and any photos you are happy to share. If you do not have photos, we will say what to shoot on your phone and where to stand.

Will I be able to change things myself?

Yes. Hours, menus, offers and photos are yours to change. The layout is built so an edit to the hours will not break the page.

Will there be ongoing costs?

We will say upfront what is a one-time cost and what recurs, such as a domain or hosting, before you agree to anything.
